The Witcher Season 2 Fountains Abbey. Cahir and Fringilla on set at Fountains Abbey. A few days ago local photographer Peter Lau shared pictures of the cast prepping for nightshoots at the Abbey and now he has graciously provided us with his full gallery of pictures.
Production was based at Arborfield Film Studios a 100-plus-year-old former army barracks which housed The Witchers three main stages. The Witcher season 2 was filmed entirely in the United Kingdom within various filming locations including West Sussex Cumbria Surrey North Yorkshire Count Durham and Berkshire in England. Besides the Abbey the crew had also scouted various locations in Northern England including sites in the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
