But at the time. Appreciate that it is a difficult time with the Corona virus however staff at crystal travel have been unhelpful rude and unprofessional when dealing with our enquiry. Its rewarding when travel products are sold but one needs to have tremendous patience to survive the storms of criticism. Ann was knowledgable and super easy to work with.
